So now it’s all about the dress

So now that I finally feel like we have caught up with the big task to-do list and the DIY to-do list, I am now focusing on the other smaller details. My next goal is to get everything with my dress figured out. I plan to go in for my first round of alterations in early December. I have been working out in hopes of dropping a few pounds before the fitting. I also need to figure out what I am going to do with my hair and what I am going to do about a veil and headpiece. I know what look I want but I haven’t spent any time looking anywhere other than David’s bridal and Nancy’s bridal where I purchased my dress. So here is my next to-do list:

Bridal beauty to-do:
-dress alterations
-buy shoes
-finish second garter
-figure out hair style and visit stylist for a trial run
-figure out makeup ideas and visit a makeup salon for tips, a trial, and I need to purchase makeup
-figure out under-dress items
-buy a veil and hairpiece
-figure out something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.

T-Minus 163 days 🙂
