Setting goals is something that is a great way to keep yourself driven and motivated and I love using a habit tracker to keep me on task.
When it comes to accomplishing certain goals, often establishing new habits is necessary to achieve them.

Whether it is de-cluttering your home or getting into shape or finishing a big project, creating good habits is vital to getting things done!
Sticking to these habits will help you to achieve your goals.
When I have a big goal I am looking to complete, I find it helpful to track my progress with a habit tracker.
What is a Habit Tracker?
A habit tracker is a really, very simple tool that helps to provide a checking in point for your goals.
Habit or goal trackers can be daily, weekly, monthly, or any specific number of days in length.

It is all about having a tool that helps you to achieve your goals.
For this post, I am focusing on a tracker that I use monthly because it is what is most useful in my life at this point.

Here’s How The Monthly Habit Tracker Works:
Prior to the start of a new month, I like to take some time and focus on what I am wanting to acheive in the next month.
Most often these goals are smaller tasks, that when accomplished, that will help me to achieve my (and my family’s) bigger goals.
Once I have my goals in mind, I write them out on my habit tracker.
This tracker is put in a place where I can see it each day, such as the fridge, on the wall in a frequented room, or in my planner.
Then each day I check off when I’ve completed that habit.

For example, in my own life, I am working towards a better overall sense of wellness. In order to achieve this goal, I am working to make daily exercise, water intake, and vitamins a habit.
Goals & Habits
When it comes to setting goals and habits, it doesn’t have to be extravagent or intensely involved.
This habit tracker is designed to help track the smaller goals you want to make a habit. And each of these habits will bring you a step closer to achieving your bigger goals.

Take a few minutes and think about where you would love to see yourself or your family in the future. What small steps do you need to take to make those goals a reality?
These small steps are the mini-goals and habits you will want to track each day.
A few examples could include financial goals, household projects, personal growth and development, business and professional goals, or health and wellness.
