Bumpdate: 29 Weeks Pregnant

We found out last week that little man is laying in the transverse position. Our doctor says it is nothing to worry about right now but if he doesn’t flip by 34 weeks we might have to take action.

Nothing puts time flying by into perspective like your doctor talking birth options! I am really hoping to avoid having a c-section birth if possible so I have started trying some natural “flip-yo-baby” methods that I found on Spinning Babies.

So far the hanging out upside down hasn’t convinced little man to move but I am hopeful he will make his move soon.

How far along?: 29 Weeks Pregnant

Total weight gain: I am back to hating the scale. This week it really hit me how much my body has changed. I am in a weird place…on one hand I love seeing all that my body can do to grow this little man, but on the other hand, it has been a real struggle accepting how big I have gotten and how much my body has changed.

Maternity clothes: Yes!

Stretch marks: Thankfully none!

Sleep: Still varies. Some good nights, some bad. Looking forward to being able to sleep on my back after little man’s arrival.

Best moment(s) this last week: Passing my 3-hour glucose test with flying colors!

Worst moment this last week: Having to take the 3-hour glucose tolerance test.

Miss anything?: Warm weather. I am over this cold and snow nonsense.

Movement: He is a very active little man.

Food Cravings: Cereal

Anything making you queasy or sick?: Nothing new.

Gender: Boy!

Labor signs: Nope. And let’s keep it that way for 10 more weeks or so.

Symptoms: Growing more and more tired the closer we get to the end. This whole growing a baby nonsense is exhausting!

Belly button in or out?: Out, out, out

Wedding rings on or off?: On

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy

Looking forward to: Next week we get to see our little man in an ultrasound! We might even get to see him in 3D! Can’t wait.

Exercising still?: Getting into the gym this week a few times was so refreshing.
